Getting started

Getting started with Norbo takes just a few minutes. In this guide we'll walk you through everything from download to full setup, so you can add your first animal and start keeping everything in order.

Norbo is available for free on the App Store and Google Play. Search for "Norbo" in your device's store, install the app and open it to begin. No payment is required to get started.

Creating your account

1. 1Open Norbo and choose "Create an account".
2. 2Sign up with email and password, or use Google or Apple sign-in.
3. 3Confirm your email address if requested.
4. 4Complete the optional 3-step onboarding to personalize the app.

During onboarding you can set your preferences: enable dark mode if you prefer a more restful interface, choose the app language and decide which notifications to receive. All of these settings can be changed at any time from the Settings menu.

Once initial setup is complete, you're ready to add your first animal. We recommend starting with the animal you care for most often, so you can get familiar with the main features.
